Compared to regular fare from Khans and [b']Akshays, this was miles ahead. He doesn't deserve all this flak. At least he is much better than Khans. He also does a 'Special 26' and a 'OMG' in between 'Rowdy Rathore' and 'Boss'.

He seriously needs to stop flaunting it. It's getting irritating. Gravity: A masterpiece. Superb movie. Don't miss it.

I have hated them because they have to hold back on the mature themes and language. I am not talking about the S-word, but a mature theme makes a compelling watch. Nowadays, PG-13 movies have profanity as well, but compared to a 'R' rating, the movie watching experience is dumbed down in a PG13 movies. If you are watching with your family (kids/parents), we can't watch even PG-13 movies, but Super-hero PG-13 movies still go. So, the question is , is Gravity dumbed down because of the rating? Since the whole event takes place in the space, it has a completely different feel to it. It does not have a deep plot or an interesting story or any twist or anything else remarkable. In fact, if you are a sci-fi fan, here is a warning - you might find a few things do not make sense. And there are a couple of swear words in the movie.

maniac Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 Saw Gravity in 3D Today Wanted to see it in IMAX but didn't want to pick a theatre too far from my house :(( Was initially skeptical of Sandra Bullock in the lead role,but kudos to her for shutting up her critics....Geroge Clooney can play this role in his sleep...tailor-made for him. I was on the edge of my seat throughout the movie....and the back-ground score literally added to the atmosphere,I mean obviously S.B,The director and the special effects team will get all the credit for the success but the background score Wow just Wow. Lesson learnt from the movie- I am glad I didn't pursue my childhood dream or was just plain not smart enough to become an astronaut :--D

Was short but the edge and suspense was amazing. Money well spent :nice:
