Texan Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 Nice humor here :cantstop: On a more serious note, I expect Ponting to play a blinder pretty soon. He's been in good form in Aussie domestic cricket.
Vilander Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 what Pondulkar has done is made ipl attractive in Australia..many peeps seeing it for the first time just to see Ponting and Tendulkar bat together. Check their forums..
Square Drive Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Mumbai should have invested in an unselfish Sri Lankan dasher like Kusal Janith to open. And then Pollard should come at 5. I would have done this if I was the coach
Needforspeed Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 They should not open together. One of them open and the other come down the order. Put an attacking batsman up front. Otherwise they are going to either get out early and put pressure on the batsmen coming after or crawl their way to 40-50 and again put pressure on batsmen coming after.

The Realist Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 Probably the worst openers in the history of the IPL. Just so bad at every level.
indiefan Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 Had seen one of the Australian T20 league match recently where Ponting was in good form. Looks like he is taking his time here!
Yoda-esque Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 Usless hack Nohit eating more balls than Afridi :hehe:
Executioner Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 I knew that MI will really suffer due to these 2. In T20s, you need some decent batsman to open the innings and get you to a good start. If you have 2 aggressive openers, then that is great but if both of them are slow then its a huge problem for the team. If ponting keeps on doing the same, I think team management has every right to drop him and bring someone promising like coulter nile
fineleg Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 That's the kind of Namaste that some folks in TN do before a folklore song such as this. 8zKNIWHvwWI
fineleg Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 Strategic mistake by opposing teams to dismiss Tenting early. If only they let Pondulkar stay for 10-12 overs, they will be 60-0
I6MTW Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 this is good move. Nita ambani has instructed them to get out early so that the real batsmen can score 200.
rahulrulezz Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 Woah guys... take it easy.... Its the 'silence before the storm'... Wait and watch
beetle Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 Tenting.....:hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
