Sarkar Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Whenever Dhoni scores a magnificent ton batting first, his team loses. First Chennai, and now this. Have you been watching cricket since yesterday dont talk from your back side his three centuries batting first made india win matches in odis
Scarves Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Dhoni played really slow early. Had he played fast early in his innings too' date=' we would have 340 to defend would have won. He should have known that our bowling attack is poor so we need to set 340.[/quote'] Or he would have been out. He paced his innings well. If anyone blames Dhoni's batting in all of this then they should slap themselves with a rock.
vvvslaxman Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 India didn't exactly deserve the win considering couple of lucky decisions. Bar Dhoni and Kohli nobody is stand out. Jaddu did his bit Bhuvan did his bit. Rest of the guys were poor.
Number Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Or he would have been out. He paced his innings well. If anyone blames Dhoni's batting in all of this then they should slap themselves with a rock. Sarcasm.
Yoda-esque Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Dhoni played really slow early. Had he played fast early in his innings too' date=' we would have 340 to defend would have won. He should have known that our bowling attack is poor so we need to set 340.[/quote'] :hysterical:
fineleg Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Sad about the loss. It does hurt. But team India needs to wake up and smell the stink of Ishant Sharma.
SLICKR392 Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Sad about the loss. It does hurt. But team India needs to wake up and smell the stink of Ishant Sharma. That's one disturbing line.
I6MTW Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Have you been watching cricket since yesterday dont talk from your back side his three centuries batting first made india win matches in odis I meant recently. You should've understood it clearly.
Sarkar Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 I meant recently. You should've understood it clearly. so why did you write batting first hundreds resulted in lossess
I6MTW Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 India didn't exactly deserve the win considering couple of lucky decisions. Bar Dhoni and Kohli nobody is stand out. Jaddu did his bit Bhuvan did his bit. Rest of the guys were poor. Everybody except Ishant did his bit. Even Ashwin scored 28 and gave only 5 in the penultimate over and Vinay got 2 good wickets and bowled well. It was Ishant. Even Raina and Yuvraj were not as bad as Ishant.
vayuu1 Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 what really hurts about this loss is that im betting on this match with my Australian GF D:.... I cant show my face around for a long time' date=',[/quote'] Just turn her on and there won't be a need to see your face.
G_B_ Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 i think this is where we are missing the expirience usually what would happen with say a srinath or a zak is that he would talk to the bowler and even set the fields for him. Ishant looked lonely out. there.
I6MTW Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 so why did you write batting first hundreds resulted in lossess I should've explained it more clearly. I wasn't specific. It was a little exaggerated. I meant recently.
Temujin Khaghan Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Now Ishanth will shamelessly go to yuvraj's home and eat a beer can i hope they throw a blanket on him and trash him
I6MTW Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Now Ishanth will shamelessly go to yuvraj's home and eat a beer can i hope they throw a blanket on him and trash him They might just do that in the hotel room.
zaqw222222 Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 It is being said in post match analysis that after the match got finished Dhoni has not gone back to pavilion yet and right now he is talking to two selectors. Dhoni is really pissed now
vvvslaxman Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 i think this is where we are missing the expirience usually what would happen with say a srinath or a zak is that he would talk to the bowler and even set the fields for him. Ishant looked lonely out. there. Ishant has played enough to lead an attack. If he is not good enough even to be a first change bowler he should be shown the door.
Laaloo Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Now Ishanth will shamelessly go to yuvraj's home and eat a beer can i hope they throw a blanket on him and trash him Come on let's not go over the top. Ishant has failed time and time again and needs to be dropped. That's it. Nothing else.
Temujin Khaghan Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Come on let's not go over the top. Ishant has failed time and time again and needs to be dropped. That's it. Nothing else. dropped thats it... :(( no torture?
adi B Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 the very same attack won CT a few months back in England wonder how that happened. Aussies couldnt defend 360 a few days back; almost every bowling attack is as crappy as ours ultimate joke and heights of delusion
