vayuu1 Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 No very few spinners in ranji,what we see from Indian spinners in recent times is that they look to put the ball rather than giving it revs,others are either decent at best or inconsistent,this is the reason,ashwin and ojha are struggling for that matter,what we are missing is a classical off like say a rasool,abbe pehle apna pehla to theek se daal,doosra,teesra baad mien daalna,I would like to see rasool in this setup,any leg spinner in domestic setup does anybody know.

Vijay's wicket was a gift, Tendu was a bit unlucky. Kohli i don't expect him to strugge against him anymore. He was the best against Ajmal, Mendis in the very first outing. Also good against Narine. So no reason to struggle against this guy.

True But if he had not wandered out of the crease he would not have been stumped. I am pretty sure he wanted to take him on. Right after Dhawans wicket that was needless. He showed immense restraint against Aussies. Hope he continues that.

I knew he was a good bowler and could trouble Indian batsmen on turning tracks as he had doosra too. They should still be very cautious against him though better prepared than last match. Wankhede pitch will offer more bounce and quick turn than Eden.
