From the lengthy discussions we have over drinks especially about Rohit Sharma and his cricketing skills and attitude, even he seems to agree that Rohit needs to improve a lot as a test cricketer. He is highly talented is what many of us feel having seen him in nets for hours very closely than most fans who just watch on television. But in our opinion that is not enough unless other things are sorted out when we consider test match cricket.

Yup, a lot of cricketers are talented. In fact imo every cricketer is tailented. But then as i said, talent is not enough unless it is backed up with a lot of essential skills required for test format.
