These very tall bowlers r like a mirage promising a lot n generally fizzing out their bodies n rhythm don't last most times.

6 2" or 6 3" is the optimum to get both bounce n be more effective generally.

Most bowlers like Finn, Reid, Tremlett, Plunkett, even recently Overton , Topley , MD Irfan so many to name n what his name the Englishmen who bowled terrificly in ashes n then looked pedestrian

Garner,Walsh, Ambrose,Gillespie,Mcgrath,Broad,Morkel,Starc,Hazelwood were/are all 6'5" + and they are fine.

I was under the impression that they were all 6'5" but maybe not.

garner was not 6'10 I think. A few sources say he was 6'8 which is how he appeared to me in comparison with other super-tall bowlers (like the highly underrated left-arm fast-medium bowler Bruce Reid).

There is no way starc is 6'5 if he is Ishant is 6'7 which is not true. Ishant is probably 6'6 and Starc is 6'4. We have had this conversation before.

Looks like McGrath was 6'4" and passed himself off as 6'5"           ( if Starc's own claim of being 6'4" is correct  )

Pandya's bowling has deteriorated in the last couple of months.

 

No accuracy, pace or  bounce.

 

Can't be the 5th bowler with this.
