Think he played couple of games and then dropped or not picked. Not sure of his pace but saw few videos (v.short couple of deliveries frm their t20 league) the wk was not standing that far for him to be 140+ kmph. Hopefully he is as quick as ppl claim him to be. But that is always the case a new bowler hardly gets any chance, even after picking the wkts Edited January 1 by tapandrun

vishalvirsingh Posted January 1 Posted January 1 Ashish SIngh famous YOUTUBE cricket podcast speaker says Prasidh could be droped and Gurnoor Brar and/or Sushant Mishra ( left arm fast) may be selected against newzealand. even SHammi will also come back in the Odi team. May be Sardar arsh deep and prasidh may be dropped and SHAMMI,SUSHANT and Gurnoor brar picket along with Harshit rana. In SMAT trophy Sushant mishra has done very well and he bowls around 135 to 142k and brar also bowls at similiar pace. ind_hyd1 and Vk1 1 1

Gurnoor may make to 15. Sushant selection is hard he just played Smat and few vht. Hard to imagine Shami making a come-back. Mukesh K/ Kambooj can make a come-back vishalvirsingh 1

Pranav Raghavendra that 147.3k is the fastest ball recorded in MRF by an under 19 bowler. As for his regular speeds apparently he's around 140s which is pretty high for a 17 year old. Edit: This kid is easily the fastest bowler ever from TN. Dunno how good/bad is he though. Considering his age and pace potential I hope he gets that extra bit of focus to improve his game Edited January 2 by JaFanatic Lord and Vk1 2

Shammi ASHOK SHarma- why everyone is neglecting him Gurnoor- 6 ft 5 inches and 140K what more do u need to suceed in international cricket. yash thakur- i always found him as an all rounder probably better bowler than the one's playing for INDIA. why is he not in indian team as an all rounder, yes he is not a genuine batsmen but he is a bowling all rounder which we need. GG selects batting all rounders like dubey. VYASAK...he never gives runs , is another arshdeep kind clever bowler. Prince yadav- he has pace can improve tweaker and tapandrun 2

Prince yadav- he has pace can improve So the thing is most of these bowlers apart from may be gurnoor looks like white-ball bowlers. And even though they are white-ball bowlers they can not bat (which is a big issue ) . Ind plays/mostly plays with only 2 front line pace bowlers, and none of these are good 1st or 2nd fast bowlers, that what we saw in emerging Asia cup, Ramandeep was opening the bowling. They have to learn the skills to bowl in all the phases, Yash and Vyshak in those emerging asia cup looked like they never bowled to good batters, they were clueless... In white-ball if there is a 3rd pacer they have to enforcer or some1 who can bat and none of them bat . Ind does not have luxury to so many non-batting bowlers, it struggling to make a spot for kuldeep. So till some1 is good and bowl in all phases can not make it to the full strength playing 11. Thats where Ind need bowlers like rana, yudvir, arshad,... etc.. They can bat at #8/9/10. Not sure why yidvir and arshad etc nt getting chances in t20is, even in Odis.. next Odi wc is in SA. Ind will need 4-5 pacers to go there. And 2 of them should be able to bat to make a case for paying 11 with-out depleting the batting much. There was understading of how the bowling attack/line-up works under kolhi and Sastri but now looks like they are back into 90s, gangully, dhoni era where there is no understanding of pace bowling.
