AKane Posted January 6 Posted January 6 The coach should be told - you cannot touch the action. It is legal. Period. Your job is for that action to strengthen the body. If you don't know how to do it, step aside.

MK55 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Love listening to Brett Lees commentary. Tells u how much he appreciates pace. Was correctly pointing out how Green has one of the fastest arm speeds but his wrist snap is lacking - was explaining the analytics. Then Warner asked him can that be coached? And he responded yes off course lol. express bowling 1

These guys if they had got hold of Malcolm Marshall in 1979, they would have tried to make a Bhuvaneshwar out of him. Marshall's action was hardly conventional but was at least more effective than Bhuvaneshwar. Heck it was more effective than Lillee. There was nothing unconventional in Marshall's action.

All the pace bowling coaches/books etc tell fast bowlers to look over the shoulder at the batsman. Then bring the shoulder down to bowl the ball. Marshall raised arm past head hooked with elbow high and looked below the forearm at the batsman. That is very unusual. Edited January 7 by AKane vishalvirsingh 1
MK55 Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Starc - plays all 5 test matches, every single ball was in the 140s and ends up with 31 wickets. Definitely man of the series. vishalvirsingh 1

vishalvirsingh Posted January 8 Posted January 8 6 hours ago, rkt.india said: Sher Mayank coming back...very heartening. Let me state this clearly: he is an exceptional fast bowler who can generate speeds of 140 km/h, even when he's only 70 percent fit. I’ve watched his recent IPL matches, and despite using a shorter run-up and appearing somewhat unfit, he still consistently bowled between 135 km/h and 145 km/h. As a dedicated fan of Mayank, I firmly believe that he possesses the skills to play for India. He reliably delivers the perfect line and length, and even at speeds of 138 km/h to 144 km/h, his talent is undeniable. His ability to maintain that ideal line and length is a true testament to his god-given talent. What I mean to share is that he is much better than others who bowl between 136 to 143k and represent india and Mayank has better line n length ( god gifted). putrevus and iluv80085 2

Sushant- this guy, being a left-arm pacer, has to beat Khaleel and Arshdeep. arsh is a big t20 bowler but an average defensive odi bowler. if sushant bowls 140 to 148k , he should play for INDIA very soon. he has to beat khaleel for odi's. it is not easy to beat Arshdeep in t20. gurnoor ..bhai kuch wicket aur le..you are close to playing for India. Ashok sharma....Bhai teri pace pe to dande udaa diye hotte....2 for 27 from 4 overs is ok but in 10 overs ..get 3 to 4 wickets every time. who is Tarmale..what pace.. express bowling and singhvivek141 2
