Tiger80 Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Just watching zee news debate on Renaming Aurangzeb road. Quite surpirised to see that even Maulana ansar Raza is against renaming.AIMIM and many muslims are already against it along with few secular parties.
Yoda-esque Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Agree. He was a pious and just king. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
rageaddict Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Aurangzeb was a secular king whose legacy shall continue to thrive , thats why support from Muslim Groups.
Khalpat Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 If instead of Arvind Kejriwal, it was Mr Modi or someone from BJP who would have tweeted the congratulations on renaming of the road, I can bet this would have been one of the bolckbuster of all the threads in this forum. Both Modi and Kejriwal trolled everyone even liberals are not sure kiska side lein.
Tiger80 Posted August 31, 2015 Author Posted August 31, 2015 Muslim outfits oppose renaming Aurangzeb Road, say he was not 'anti-Hindu' http://zeenews.india.com/news/india/muslim-outfits-oppose-renaming-aurangzeb-road-say-he-was-not-anti-hindu_1665342.html
someone Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 This should not be a surprise. The reality is these are people who are lost forever. They are brainwashed to the core, that nothing can change them ever. We even some users like them, who share absolute hatred for one side and complete blind faith for another side. Really, we have lost these people forever. And it's very dangerous as they don't associate themselves with the country but with that religion. So terror groups can manipulate them into violence.
maniac Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Yeah right Aurangazeb an ******* who imprisoned his own father and killed his brothers was for some reason very compassionate towards other religions and a true beacon of Secular governance.....whatta role model. There are lot of things even in the west which show shades of an embarrassing past like say slavery, holocaust or the killing of native Americans which are then gradually erased out of but for some reason trying to remove a tyrant's name becomes a "secular" issue. I am sure there are neo nazis and skin heads living in the USA who might feel priviledged to have some streets named after hitler but yeah if they raise their voice they will be rightfully put in their place....why can't we take a strong stand. It is not a political or religious thing.....infact if anything Aurangazeb is against everything that stood for secularism....name it Akbar road for all I care.....atleast I was made to beleive and brainwashed into thinking since I was a kid that Akbar was a Rose sniffing,Comedy and Music enthusiast who loved himself some Birbal and Tansen. Infact I have been brainwashed into thinking that Akbar an ugly midget looks like Hrithik Roshan so I am ok with Aurangazeb road being named Akbar Road ...sure.
surajmal Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 But but but Indian ROpers are a breed apart... :hysterical:
BeautifulGame Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Didnt Hindus have to pay taxes to remain Hindus during Aurangazed time. Fecking secular yeah :cantstop:
someone Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 The government should keep a close eye to those against this move. After all, there is little difference with ISIS today, and Aurangzeb in that time. Anybody who refuses to condemn Aurangzeb or treats him as a hero, can easily be manipulated by terror groups. So that's a large number of people in our country, and these large number of people are lost forever. There is no way for them to return as they are brainwashed completely.
Detonator Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Didnt Hindus had to taxes to remain Hindus during Aurangazed timed Fecking secular yeah :cantstop: BG :headshake:

mishra Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Didnt Hindus had to taxes to remain Hindus during Aurangazed timed Fecking secular yeah :cantstop: It will help a great deal if history had some records where and how mass conversion of Indian happened? How and what sermons so inspiring were given that Indian peacefully looted and destroyed their of places of learning, culture and religion and replaced it with Turkish Mongol delights. because, Last time I checked, barring few like Hussains and Sheikhs most Indian Muslim look lndian.

dial_100 Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 ^ I thought it is obvious right? We know where party leaders like YY ended up. Party is not above AK that is for sure.
Raghav_12 Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Irrespective of whether Aurangzeb was a tyrant or not, which he actually was going by all accounts available, this is another attempt at eking out an Hindu identity for country. Funny that around all concerns on economy and security, Government keeps itself busy with most "critical" issues at the moment.
