Texan Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 The election results, irrespective of outcome, just show how divided a society US is. Rural vs urban. Young vs old. White vs non-White. Just too large gulfs between different types of voters. tweaker 1
mishra Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 LOL at media spokesmen and pundits. When these same people voted for poster boy and media darling Obama, It was fine. Now they are deplorable racists. MSM have to own up. They got it wrong in case of Modi, Got it wrong for BREXIT, now again got it wrong here. Looks like media research/data/polls is no more worth than used toilet paper. tweaker and diga 2

At times, those participating in polls are noise makers that distort the results When there is too much negativity, it can create an opposite effect with those shown to be losing coming out in large numbers while those shown to be winning taking it relatively easy tweaker 1

I do agree that Negative campaign simply makes people not to question it publicly as they are scared of being branded/haunted as white supremacist, sexist, racist, anti-immigrant which off course was the case.

I wanted Hillary to win but likes of Katy Perry,Alec Baldwin etc piss me off..hwo the Fk does it affect you,who the president is? you still will collect those big paycheques...no matter who is in government doesn't stop you from doing charity.....and you will still continue with crappy music/movies. The only thing I hate more than a racist is a pseudo liberal. The way it affects Katy Perry or you and me is this : Trump + Republican (Congress + Senate) = 3 conservative Supreme Court judges. For life. That is the vacancy. Which means bye bye abortion rights, bye bye women's rights, bye bye gay rights. Which affects almost every one of us or atleast, someone who we personally know.
