Harmanpreet Kaur and Smriti Mandhana WBBL Performance Thread

Today was the Start of WBBL 02 and harmanpreet kaur is playing for the Defending Champions Sydney Thunder. 

Thunder lost the first match by 6 runs in a very close match. 

Kaur was the top scorer in the match with 47* of 28 and gave a fighting chance to her team while chasing but fell 6 runs short. :(

Because men are busy with international and ranji. Women dont have the same timing for domestic season . 

BCCI site shows their domestic season from feb/march.

Yeah they don't. :( don't exactly know the reasons. Hope they do allow them to play in leagues in future now that the women have started.

Check out this six. Gilchrist was in awe of the shot in the commentary box. Was really well timed.

 

She looks like a top women cricketer to me.

You think women batters could face men bowlers bowling 140 plus? Max a woman fast bowler has bowled is 120 odd. No comparison.
