At least two of the senior members of the Indian team told this paper after the completion of series that team’s media manager Nishant Arora has been leaking details of dressing room talks to former president Thakur.

DNA has also reliably learnt that at least two of the senior members of Team India had let their views known to a top BCCI officer in Mumbai recently alleging that Arora has been over-indulgent in dressing room matters and has been reporting it verbatim to Thakur.

some of the Team India players told DNA that they are wary and suspect that Arora has been reporting all the talks taking place between players inside dressing room to the ousted president.

DNA has also been told by team sources that a senior player had given Arora a “dressing down” during India’s tour of US last August for T20s against the West Indies in Fort Lauderdale (Florida), claiming he believed that media manager had tried to create a rift between him and the coach.

Arora was brought in as an executive at the president Thakur’s office in Delhi in April 2015.Arora denied all the charges that he is leaking dressing room information to his former president.

Yeah...what sort of secrets? What could possibly be happening in the dressing room that the BCCI must not be informed? What motivation would he have to create a rift between a player and coach? Surely, the leaked info has nothing to do with players' private lives.

That's not the point.what happens in locker room is between players and coaches and not Management.

Anurag thakur played all kind of dirty tricks. Telling English team the tour will be cancelled with no funds, probably he wanted to show BCCI is the reason the team has unity who knows what this guy was up to.

What if he was doing a Meyyappan and using any team news for illegal activities.

Well yeah, unless it's part of his job description, the media manager has no business telling the BCCI president about dressing room secrets.

But still, I can't think of one good motivation for the media manager to cause a rift between a player and a coach. Perhaps Anurag was looking to get the coach sacked, and a good reason was needed- what better reason than "coach has fight with Virat Kohli"

What Anurag Thakur's own watergate scandal ...what secrets is he talking about.

either he is insecure and wants to know what everyone is talking about him or he wants to make money betting on team strategies...either ways shameful behavior.

Has there been such a rapid rise and fall as Anurag Thakur. Is he so bad or is he reaping what Srini mama sowed?

Srini mama is like the boogy man he is the reason for all that is wrong in Indian cricket, in fact he is the reason for Anushka sharma's cold as well, Kohli is pretty a angry about it look.

See he was rising so fast he became president at such a young age but the fall has been greater, I think everyone in BCCI underestimated SC and its power. The lawyers of BCCI have done a terrible job.

i am not pro or against thakur, but looks like messaiah of transparency have more to hide.

Imo , decline in revenue of BCCI is directly proportional to kickback and corruption Among current management. These guys must be filling their pockets

Not really. Supreme Court is on a mission and current management found themselves into wrong position at wrong time.

Srini has got everything to do , it was due to Srini's misdeeds SC had to intervene. Once Srini knew his days were numbered and his proposed candidate to replace him Sanjay Patel was rejected, he floated Thakur for the post. Then Thakur combined with Dalmiya started their reign.

Current management = One which is in news as "projected to be muscled by ICC"  for giving away BCCI's own earning. Any one who believes that in corporate world their is no Kick back is living in la la land.
