And Hazlewood took 6 wickets in an innings last test, was that a green top? Aussie pitches have always been fast and bouncy, the Windies loved touring here, they considered it home conditions.

Hazelwood is bowler, fast bowlers take wickets on other pitches too, but guy like Border or bob Holland taking wickets happen only on substandard pitches.

We never doctored pitches against the Windies. Case dismissed. *adjusts paperwork and leaves*
Sachinism Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 I don't understand all this attention being given to Aussie tabloids

Case dismissed. *adjusts paperwork and leaves* As had happened in 1984-85, on West Indies' last full visit to Australia, a bare and slow Sydney pitch, on which the ball turned from the start, gave Australia, the chance to attack West Indies at their weakest point and inflict on them a rare defeat, look up wisden don't give me this nonsense, every team plays to their strengths at home . it is hilarious to see Aussies whinging about pitches though. chewy 1
speedheat Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 They have already improved the outfield. It used to be sandy before, so, they had to dig it up and change the soil. See @rkt.india kohli injured !! that's what I was talking about Ranchi outfield
TheWall Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 The way the pitch has turned out is like a big slap on these whiners..... OpeningBatsman and ~ Miss Warner ~ 1 1

express bowling Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 After 2 days of cricket, it is proved that some Australians were trying to create excuses for a probable loss by raising baseless issues about the Ranchi pitch. Very negative and defeatist attitude. chewy, kira, Vilander and 3 others 6
NareshK Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Biggest egg on face moment for this Aussie reporter. Will he apologize for his baseless whining about the pitch ? I dont think so because their media doesnt seem to have any shame just like the Aussie team who cheat and then act innocent. OpeningBatsman 1
sandeep Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Where are the aussie posters hiding? @Fool, @Doctored Wicket @Miss Warner Time to man up and eat crow about all the Pitch related nonsense and propaganda that you lot swallowed without any question or common sense and vomited all over. ~ Miss Warner ~ and OpeningBatsman 1 1
Sean Bradley Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 (edited) I dont see any real demons in the pitch tbh, if anything you could criticize the outfield for being so rugged and below the international standard. Edited March 17, 2017 by Sean Bradley

It got super flat when India batted of-course, when they fold down in second innings it means they can only do so much. TheWall and sandeep 2

I never said any of that stuff. Don't involve me in your wannabe witchhunt. I dont have social media and dont read the newspapers over here because its all bs. Hercules Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 I'm glad that someone reads Aus newspapers because Aussies certainly don't. Murdoch is so desperate for someone to read his rubbish that he gives a free newspaper to people buying a coke or coffee lol New guy 1
