Guys there's one saying which is apt for the situation "agar apna sikka hi khota ho to doosron ka kya dosh?"

If Someone like Shashank Manohar who was involved with BCCI and was supposed to take care of India and BCCI's interests turns out to be 'aasteen ka saanp' then we can't blame others. Agar apne hi ghar mein vibhishan ho to lanka to jalegi hi. Manohar is the root cause of this problem and I blame folks who put him in the position where he could play such kind of role knowing fully well his track record of going against Indian interests when he rolled out a green pitch for Aussies at Nagpur in 2004.

Instead of being punished for his treachery he actually was nominated to head ICC! Who did that? I would blame the person or persons responsible for that act.

the mumbai mafia was high on anti srini rhetoric at that time and forgot what Shashank was in reality. Srini is an other case, he exposed BCCi to all this with his conflict of interests.

Whoever backed Manohar after that Nagpur betrayal is the one answerable. And that would be Maharashtra/Mumbai lobby which backed this snake Manohar throughout

Good that the IPL is on and most of our players are engaged in it. Else all this drama would have taken a toll on their minds before CT. By the time IPL is over we will get a clear picture and our players will know whether they will play CT or no.

Sharad Pawar backed him. Manohar is his right hand man.

And someone needs to slap the attentiom ***** Vinod Rai and Guha.

Vidharba  unit seems to be the power source for the snake  Manohar. Sort Vidharba out and his back stabbing stuges.

Bloody every one is out to get their 15 minutes of power trip.

I hope you don't blame the Modi Govt for this too...

People should go and protest outside SC... The honourable judges shouldn't get scot free... this is what they wanted... they got it...

Why the hell should Indians go out and protest?

Seriously wtf ? As if this is life deciding matter for Indians lol

You guys were protesting on Goenka's FB page when Dhoni was booted out. Come one, you can show a little bit love for Indian Cricket.

If BCCI so cares about Indian cricket, then may be they should accept the SC reforms and that would automatically kick out CoA.Then they can decide on their fight with ICC .But obviously they won't.

This is becoming an ego fight on all sides with Indian cricket being the only loser.

It more and more seems like a powerplay by Srini Mama to show power and CoA trying to assert their remit where they have no business.Ugly on all sides.

Not sure why fans need to unnecessarily worked up emotionally.Even if all this goes against BCCI and power structures and revenue model goes through ,doesn't really matter in the long run.

BCCI can still let it go for time being , sort of their internal issues , adhere to SC norms , pack off CoA and then can start over their fight again with ICC.We will still have the MPA weapon and Icc world cup to make our stand if need be.Which will be a even bigger threat to icc with the no of Indian matches.

But recent haste looks ridiculous.why the  hurried need to send notice on Tuesday when SGM is already scheduled for Friday ?

Why have a VC for half hour with 2 hour notice and that too just 1/4th of members to decide on notice to ICC.I mean what's the hurry ?

How can anyone even decide on such a huge thing for Indian cricket without considering all possibilities and future path once we pull out .What happens to IPL our bilateral tours etc ?

There is no need for blind patriotism here. Will see how GOI and SC see this anyway.

Regardless of whatever happens here nothing is permanent .I don't mind if we pull out of CT but should only pull out if we have chartered a proper path ,get GOI support etc. Can't be to satisfy some bruised egos in BCCI .

Everyone can protest on Facebook and Twitter .Have u seen how much Guha was given for his tweets?

But asking people to protest in physical attendance is different.

U think Cricket is the most important issue most people have ?

this is a good development once pakistan vs india comes up it becomes headline, now goi will have to take interest in this. BCCI will get some support.

Nxt news coming is CoA will accept any nimination into SGM as SC did not clarified its stance.

This means is Mama can attend too but more importantly SC has realised its decision was part of ICC political coup and may jrefrain from helping CoA

On the other than, the email from Thakur’s office asked state units to give their consent for the BCCI to send a notice to the ICC stating their intention to pull out of the Champions Trophy.

It is learnt that by Wednesday evening, over 20 state (out of 30) units  had given their consent to acting BCCI secretary Amitabh Choudhary.

...

Of the state units which had not given their consent till late Wednesday were Maharashtra and Mumbai.

I think Court needs to decide what their objective is. They have overstayed their welcome. At this stage they are doing nothing but hurting Indian interests. How long will these court guys keep on staying. This IAS culture is killing India.
