he is not wrong in saying that one bit .As a cricket viewer  yesterday had all the ingredients of Indian team playing in 90's .

Nobody's disputing it but he usually thrives on these losing situations...

 

Leave aside this forum, public in general said he's a panauti as I saw on Twitter... even if for fun, they did get the idea that Manju doing commentary during these situations don't really cheer up the fans...

Make him batting coach and LSRK the spin coach. That's the only way we can get those two out of the commentary box.

Keeping in mind Manju's livelihood, a position of 'demotivation coach for opposition' should be created by BCCI and Manju be hired indefinitely for the role.

LSRK is a small dark version of Shastri uncle a cliche bombastic cheerleader, even those guys are tolerable in certain scenarios. Manju is a separate case.

BCCI should appoint him as the overseas batting coach only when we tour Pakistan. It might never happen, but Sanju will be out of the box , I mean the commentary variety, waiting for it to happen eternally.
