Shamim.Miah Posted December 23, 2017 Posted December 23, 2017 4 times BPL T20 Champion. WC 2015 Quarter Finalist. CT 2017 Semi Finalist. Seven+ surgeries over the course of a 14+ year career If Mashrafe Bin Mortaza was injury free, how far would Bangladesh have gone in world cricket? Truly one of the best leader and fighter for Bangladesh. His injuries have taken many years from his career sadly. New guy 1
sandeep Posted December 23, 2017 Posted December 23, 2017 He should have retired a year ago already. He's a liability to their team both at present, and for the future, since playing him in all these games is depriving another young player an opportunity to pick up in-game experience. Which is the only way raw prospects can take that next step to becoming international class.

He does his job with the ball, and his captaincy is on a different level. He should definitely lead Bangladesh in the ICC 2018 World Cup, considering he doesn't get injured again. His the equivalent of Dhoni in the Bangladesh team. Edited December 23, 2017 by Shamim.Miah

Austin 3:!6 Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 He has won more matches against India than any other BD players. Which game? And how many? If winning some odd game vs India is considered legendary in BD then Stuart Binny is surely Malcom Marshal in your country? LOLSent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

This is of course expected as India much better side than Bangladesh on paper. Mashrafe is a very unique player, with unique characteristics. Never gives up easily. Had he not been injured for many of his cricketing career, who knows what he would have achieved. When he first started, he was a genuine fast bowler, bowling 140+ kph, injury reduced that pace overtime. Edited December 24, 2017 by Shamim.Miah
