I think best colour of shirt would be neither black, nor white but Navy Blue instead.

 

Best to go with a Navy blue polo shirt and a lighter background tri colored logo.

 

Navy Blue polo shirts are just too good.

 

For ex This Polo in Navy Blue. Of course we don’t need Raph Lauren, but just for example, Navy Blue polo would just look brilliant.

My favorite would be cotton Navy blue shirt with collar(like polo shirt) with embroidered logo.
