need to improve his non-death bowling .. he doesnt seem to have  a decent stock ball which is a big problem when he opens the bowling

Mumbai never lost IPL finals when Rohit was in the team... MI was in finals in 2010, 2013, 2015, 2017. They won last three times when Rohit was captaining and the lost the first one when Rohit was still with Deccan Chargers.

I know. Last year, until the last over it looked like they were losing. that's why I meant by the phrase 'they were losing'

Yes should have tried the bench a lot more.

 

Pant is unfortunately out for now,Rahul should have never been dropped,DK is in for his keeping but looks like the team management rates him highly as a batsman too . Pandey has done well so won’t be dropped. 

 

Rohit and Dhawan pick themselves

 

However  even Sundar and Shankar who have got opportunities in the team have not gotten chance to showcase  their batting skills but  credit where due have grabbed their opportunities with the ball in what is a weak bowling attack overall so where does Hooda fit in?
