RPS got frustrated with dhonis innnings during the first half of IPL. Is Dhoni mvp for CSK ? Is Dhoni a great leader ? He hardly qualifies as an ok leader. He is frustrated when things don’t go well. It's not all about the captain. It's the team management and how to let the captain and coach build a team. India cements has been managing cricket teams for a very long time.
