Atleast Indian openers still play there natural game and can score 100 in 20 overs easily until dhoni comes in. To be honest Dhoni should be coming in lower in the order. Yes but I think it was more due to inability. Ahmed Shehzad, Hafeez and Azhar Ali...what more can you expect from them. Atleast Hafeez can bash minnows well but the other 2 were just hopeless (barring the SA series where Shehzad played a good role). Even in his comeback year of 2017, DK has a strike rate of 70 . That is very poor. Pant is the future and it is to embrace that. Link to comment
