Had England declared a few overs early last night, this game might have been over by now. Root is such a phattu captain

Poor captaincy from Root. Not sure what he was thinking. I would have sent India in for half an hour yesterday itself and surely this morning he should have declared. It probably would have been over by now. There was no chance England could have lost the match after having a lead of 250. I still don't know why they decided to bat on this morning. Imagine if it gets rained out now, although tomorrow doesn't look too bad, plus even if someone plays out of his skin they won't need more than 15 overs from here.

Indian team provides a result for the fans even with all these rain interruptions. :hatsoff:

Might even be a 5 day test match. Amazing timing.

Globala Baba what has happened to Rahane how has he gone down at such a rapid pace?

And when do you believe our overseas problems will be solved?

He's a monster on Asian pitches though .

So is Dhawan,Vijay etc. Give Rohit Sharma a few more chances on subcontinent pitches, he might unleash one of those mosnter innings as well especially against hapless WI and Srilanka.

Pujara plays these innings that go nowhere overseas like 25(80) 14(97),30(118) kind of innings regardless of situation.

It's hard to criticise a captain when the team look for all money to have won this match, but it was a bit rubbish to bat this morning.

Vijay has done nothing either home or away for the last 2.5 years so he should be the first on the chopping block. Pujara, limited as he is, atleast tries to survive.

People praising Pujara's innings of 17(84) forget that this is exactly the kind of  scores he can produce regardless of the situation anyways . It is just that in this context it doesn't look too bad

Exactly !! On a patta wicket too he would block 100 balls, score 20 run and get out.

I hate the number of rest days between games. Next test is on Sat. They will roam a lot, enjoy the malls, take selfies, change hairstyles, change girlfriends, have fake practice sessions, earn crores and will be all our for 100 on Sat.

BC rest days Kya karne ke liye hain..unnecessary long tour.
