His movies were generally family friendly and he was strongly backed by the likes of karan johar. The hindi film industry has changed since then. There was little competition outside of the khans, now you have more actors coming up. People are tired of the same cookie cutter Karan Johar films so you have more variety and thus less domination of one single genre. Probably ISI stooges, let there be a thorough investigation. Other Bollywood stars too have Pak links, even deshbhakt Akshay Kumar. What is with that industry and links with Dawood, ISI, PakMil, terror groups etc? Will SRK speak up since he is more or less this guy's business partner? But personally other than swadesh I have never seen any of his complete movies.Rajanikanth, Amitabh Bachhan and many others are humble and better actor than him and also they don't have any link up with separatist and terrorists. Sooda Posted July 27, 2020 Share Posted July 27, 2020 SRK is a good actor, yes he has done the same type of role too many times but more than enough on his CV- especially in the so called anti hero role, then factor in more serious drama like Swades and Chak De- to show his versatility. I wish he would permanently go on to more mature roles the way Akshay has done. No he is not conventionally good looking, much less so than Aamir and Salman. I dont buy this innocence angle. For example, Alia Bhat is Canadian, why wont she sell India if price is right. After all, its just a tweet.
