Even among overseas spinners, I've always suspected that moeen gives it a damn good rip especially for a part timer. In fact that 40 RPS is Graeme swann level and as high as some wrist spinners. When he gets it to land right, he's more than a handful. Also enables to turn the ball at speed and at flatter trajectories(90 kph +) which is useful to run through lineups quickly on wearing pitches and Lois.
