Dhawan is an opener.

i knw pujara cud have opened, he has done that n made a 100 on a seaming track

At this point its very important for us to figure out new specialist batsman as the ones are not working

WI series wnt give much of an idea

If anyone of them wud have scored here u wud have knwn that this guy can score in tough condition so he shud be invested in

Dhawan would then say what has Rahul done and why does he get selected over me.You can argue for anything and everything.

^^ I said he failed against Eng Lions. He fared better against weaker teams like WI A.

Since Vihari did not play that game, we don't know how he would have fared.

Unfair yes, but for the benefit of the team. Nair is a mediocre bat, who got exposed against pace at home itself. He shouldn't have been in the squad in the first place along with Shradul. Now imagine Siraj getting selected for the last two tests and playing in this test ahead of Shradul, who was in the squad for the whole tour. Would you have still felt sorry for mediocre Thakur?

i kinda agree.
