He made comebacks again and again and again and fans never given up on him....

 

One decent domestic outing was enough for the fans to want him in indian colours...

 

Honestly, I was one of them but later on, I have completely given up..

No one will drop if he performs at least in other matches forget knockout stages. Rahul struggles with spin and incoming deliveries. He doesn’t even score in other matches.

Yes he has managed to maintain an average of 45+ in T20s without scoring anything.

DK,Rohit and Dhawan (in tests), Dhoni and even guys like Uthappa,Varun Aaron(especially on this forum).There is still some murmur about them every IPL season or domestic season.

 

The other guy is Sanju Samson who has been marked for debut for what 6-7 years now but still not quiet made it.
