I sort of agree, @Chinnaswamy teams batting first should not presume anything is safe. Especially teams like RCB who have average bowling lineup. Players just back themselves to hit sixes on this ground and it gets increasingly difficult to stop them.

At Chinnaswamy, nothing is safe when the pitch is a belter. For me Kohli also batted poorly for first 10 overs. You don't imagine playing at Chinnaswamy, flat pitch and there isnt a single 6 being hit in first 13 overs of an innings. When a team has Russell at back end, you need to score according to that.
