Bumrah bowls in the high 140's and is world's best bowler in this format. Why do you need anyone else besides him? Shami can bowl in mid 140's as well. This is astonishing coincidence none of the fast bowlers we have can bat bar Bhuvi. On that count big respect for Bhuvi for the effort he put to improve his batting.

He didn't play age group cricket like Rabada and Bumrah. He made his FC debut at 22 not for haryana where he actually belonged but for Delhi. Bumrah did that at 19, same for Rabada. Age doesn't matter in such cases. It's the level of cricket you play that helps your progress. We have been calling for Saini for last two years since Aus tour to India when he bounced out Warner and was 24 but wasn't getting chances. BK could always bat even before he made his debut. These things need to be happening from domestic cricket. They can't learn batting coming in Indian team.

Those two were rare commodities in those days bowling 150. Now batsman are not scared of pace. In this age of t20, even they would have been carted around. No rookie can be a game changer. You need some experience at the highest level.

May be looks good in a T20 match where he can be tough to get adjusted to. I certainly think batsman will get used to him in a matter of few overs in the one dayers.

Deepak Chahar has 8 for 10 in domestic. All i am saying is so far even in this IPL he didn't appear to be someone like Bumrah when he started his career or even Ishant when he started his career. Closest would be Varun Aaron or Umesh. Don't mind him being the 4th seamer. But given a choice i would take a chance with Shreyas Gopal.

Harris bowled 135 k to 145 k even at age 35. According to certificates provided by his wife ( if true ) Shami is 34 and bowling at his quickest ever. Saini may debut for India at age 26 ... and can have 6 to 7 years of quick bowling left in him. Mosher and Suhaan 2
