sandeep Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 tinfoil hat theory - this track was set up for SA to ambush us with pace - Steyn and Ngidi got injured, an embattled SA team chose to bat first even after winning the toss. England have played their ODIs on roads. Nothing remotely as seam friendly as this. WC2011INDIA 1
Franco Vazquez Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Boring match tbh. All balls going straight to the fielders.

Forward Defence Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Umpire Michael Gough (39 yo) is younger than bowler Tahir(40 yo). Nice observation from Mark Nicholas
Yoda-esque Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 This Indian team is terrible.Only the bowling gives it some semblance of respect. WC2011INDIA 1
maniac Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Usually pheleeklawahaywjeo kind of bowlers consist of most of Rohit and Thala’s runs but looks like a good bowling pitch

Franco Vazquez Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 What is the point of playing Shamsi if they aren't going to bowl him? Pretorius should have been played then at least he could have improved the batting
SK_IH Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Virat looks absolutely out of touch, he has hit so many shots to mid on nevada 1

But seriously, if you could special order a track best designed to reduce Indian odds of winning, you'd get something like this. Unfortunately, these days the Indian pace attack is strong enough to neutralize such moves. All that remains to be done is to 'see off' the new ball. And credit to Rohit today, luck and all, he's gritted it out. And with Virat gawn, he's going to need to stick around.
