Pitch looks poor, massive turn und uneven bounce already on the first day. 201 all out might be par, who knows. Saha top scored wich an unchareristic 62 at nearly run a ball. Remarkably (und especially unlike Dube), it was hardly risk-prone or chance-y, a knock that almost transcended conditions ...

Also, a fine knock from Vihari, who took the opposite route and patiently ground his way to a fifty (more like Saha from the *first* 4-day game).

Pitch seems to be have been drenched in rain for days.What is point of playing cricket on such moisture laden pitches,which players won't get in international matches.

1st match pitch had excessive moisture,it got dried up by the evening of second day,when pitch became quick with steep bounce.

2nd match pitch had moderate moisture and it dried up on first day.But pitch was not as quick as the first one,and on third day onwards it became much slower with low bounce- more like Indian wicket.

3rd match pitch has highest moisture so far.Ball is gripping,turning with uneven bounce.

I will be watching today for Shubman Gill, Vihari, and Dube. I want to see how they approach this scenario...

Of course, it doesn't do them any favors as Rat is hell bent on eliminating any competition and looking to stack up mediocrity in the national team.

On the evidence so far, Gill is our future. No other ways to it. He can happily replace Rahane right now in Indian test team and even Rat in the ODI team. But we all know rat and shat won’t allow him into the team

The way Gill bats, any pitch looks like a patta lol this pitch still has demons but his aggressive approach has earned him this 100. Scoring 99 in first session is not easy on any wicket , especially in 3rd innings.

Gill should be in team for all formats, maybe not in XI straightway but at least in 16, give him 6 months with team and then he will definitely be ready to start in XI.
