comparing apples and oranges ..

dhoni is #7 batsmen

anyway..

average

not outs

Nice try. He has batted in the top 5 in 43 out of his 85 innings. Only 10 innings at no. 7 :((. Regardless batting at no. 7 hasn't stopped KKD or Krunal from winning MOTM awards :police:.

Pant finishes it off with a six. Very good sensible innings from him today. Took his time and then played shots all around the ground.  Some shots were unbelievable.

Yes..started off cautiously with a sr of 100, then slowly raised it to 120, 135 and finished on 165.Good Stuff !!

Manish Pandey is a fraud playing for his not out but Rat and Bewda are even bigger frauds for playing him, that too in T20s.

Can’t stand this guy. Pandey is the biggest fraud of them all. Don’t know what Bewda and Kaptaan fool sees it in him ?

Kohli looked very happy after the series win. A victory which will be written in history books as the greatest and biggest series win in the World Cricket. Kudos to legendary players who graced this t20 series in one of the greatest hub of cricket America. :hatsoff:

Pant has done consistently well when the series is all wrapped up...his 100s in tests and this knock are proofs.

Can he do the same when a series starts or series is on the line?

As opposed to Dhoni who doesnt even do it then? 2 50s in 98 matches while Pant already has 2 in 18 matches?

Talking of average and not outs, Pandey averages 75 and has 7 not outs out of 11 innnings. therefore Pandey>>>>Dhoni

The level of Kohli-hate on this forum is insane.

Now he's being criticised for being happy

Don't understand the hate for Kohli yesterday... Now people are criticising him even for winning matches?

They are not hating on him. They are just unhappy, and understandably so, that he goes AWOL in ICC knockout matches but shows up like clockwork in meaningless bilateral series.

Second that. He is not a big match player like Steve Smith. He is a stupid snowflake.

Agree to an extent. However Rahul has never cashed in fully on his sporadic chances and is no longer a spring chicken. Not convinced mentally he has what is required.

If they had invested in him opening the batting, he would have settled and flourished by now. Instead, they have literally played roulette with him. Cant blame Rahul in a very parochial environment where two zones have all the power and called the shots since the BCCI existed.

So you'll continue to hate him until the next knockout tournament.. Irrespective of how well he does in bilaterals? That seems a bit excessive
