mishra Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 I was listening to SC lawyer and a expert on Kashmir. He talks about very basis of creation of Kashmir dispute and legal grounds of creation of Pakistan. As per him, The law which created Pakistan and gave India its Independence, The very same law puts a legal binding that whole of Kashmir is ours and Pakistan has no role. It was Lord Mountbatten and British who wanted to create a corridor from Turkey, all the way to NWFP, Xinxiang with Muslim majority to counter Russia. However plebiscite and other stuff came a lot later as it was British Generals who flew the Pakistan flags in these regions. ICJ is only route to undo all BS like plebiscite, CPEC, Gilgit Baltistan. Any thing on the map of Maharaj Hari Singh belongs to India and India has legal right. He also says that since there are 3 nuclear nations , war is not a option, and China has no role, India should and must take ICJ route. I kind of bought his arguement https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3lSWh7a7rQw Stradlater and dial_100 1 1
Norman Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 (edited) POK is simply not worth it. Holds no significance in terms of waterflow or economy or anything. Only advantage in annexing it is blocking CPEC and that too serves no purpose for us except the age old intention of "harming Pakistan ". In addition , those Mirpuri shits despise India more than the mainland Pakistanis. Would be too much scum to handle. Edited September 2, 2019 by Norman Turning_track 1
randomGuy Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Gilgit Baltistan is worth it....the population is anti Pakistan as well, though to a lesser extent than Balochistan at present and east Pakistan in 1970. mishra 1
mishra Posted September 2, 2019 Author Posted September 2, 2019 ^ I was always confused why BBC always pushed news story supporting the separatist view or where and why the Turkish felt the pain each time a separatist was caught by Indian Security forces. The facts and circumstances Shri Aman Hingorani puts in that video makes it very clear that Kashmir issue is down to national interest of Britain. It also makes it clear that why Russia always stood by us, no questions asked, no economic Interests whenever it came to Kashmir aka Pakistan. Some googling made it even clearer. Now back to the basic point of yours, which is you want to leave part of your country on grounds "Would be too much scum to handle " I do not agree with that. In a global world, no one cares about what rule they are in as long as they have same rights as anyone else in that rule. Sooner or later, this very thought will creep into their minds. As far as count of anti nationational go, here is a stat for you, In Britain there are 3+ million Muslims of which over 13,000 make British prison population. In J&K, there are 7 million Muslims of which total arrest in recent days was about just 4,500, I bet GoI will not have to arrest more than 6000 peoples and it will be back to zero stone pelting. So IMO, No! Just because Pakistan will never give up, but also because, its legally ours, and considering strategic importance(Land Trade route to Central Asia) and securing CPEC we should continue to strive to get our legitimate land. Also, I guess Pakistani government knows legal position. Hence despite various people talking about taking Indian lives by nuking us, Immy said in Pakistani Parliament "What do you want, declare a war?" while Indian position was put very clear by Amit Shah "Jaan De Denge".
someone Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 It's a question of soft power vs hard power. Soft power matters little at the end of day. So you need to have the military might and the courage to use it. With Modi gov, we are slowly transacting towards it, and have shown more courage in attacking terrorists camps in POK.

We already have so many internal security issues to handle. We have to accept the fact that we don't have the "muscle" of US or a Russia to thwart internal dangers efficiently. As i said, those Mirpuris and Gilgitis are one of the most rabid and senseless creatures on the planet. If we integrate them into India , then god bless us. If we were some world power , it would have been easy for us to crush them with force. But with all the domestic and the foreign liberandu media on our tail , it will become a nightmarish situation for the government . For once , we have to be sensible and don't let emotions control us.

panther Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 (edited) How will you take Land without acting militarily, also Indians have no gun culture, so you can easily subdue armless Kashmiris, on this side everyone owns an ak, you will need 3-4 million soldiers to subdue this side of kashmir. chewy Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 No doubt, should always push for return of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and China Occupied Kashmir, India need to maintain this narrative and pre-condition for any talks. These muslims are bunch of weaklings. whole of Pakistan been shouting for decades Hindus are cowards, RSS aren't warriors, Indians are meek, , all talk whilst India bashed them in all Wars. They act all brash to hide their own insecurities and fear of Hindus, Even in Pak and Afghanistan, for last 18 years western nations bomb and kill civilians at will, whilst these pansy Paks and their brethren are barely unable fight back, never seen a weaker race globally. These are same honer-less Pakistanis who first in line to get to America. Even abroad none of these Pakistanis can touch Indians, bunch of meagre people will bend their backs to serve Indians - driving taxis, clean your laundry, serve you 'Indian' food, cleaning toilets/sweeping floors in International airports, taking orders from Indians... Come out of the delusions...It's not about the AKs... Rather only about the nukes.... otherwise Indians would have chased down and f***** each and every Pakistani proper by now. And By 'each and every Pakistani' I mean mainly the Punjabis because others are mainly being fed and duped into the propaganda and falsehoods spread Punjabi controlled military ....so you would not have needed to worry (if you aren't Pakistani Punjabi).

Lol, no you wouldn't and you know it, you need 400-500k troops to control stone pelting Kashmiris, and you think your malnourished soldiers would control actual armed population.

Again! Lol. It's not upto the soldiers, there's no Soldiers in Kashmir, it's the paramilitary who aren't allowed to fire guns at the stone pelters. So Nevermind the puny stonepelters and their r andi rona... Without the nukes, 1971 took 13 days, today it's gonna take 2 days MAX. to extract a surrender, I give it one day, but 2 days max in any case. (Without the nukes that is, so baki army will do well to protect its nukes coz India wants to secure them before war). About the army, Haryana (2.x crore population) alone is enough for 20-25 crore pakistan...least diplomatic, hardcore Hindus, negative (less than zero) tolerance for BS. It's easier to control armed population than stone pelters. One bullet fired and army can response by firing 100s of bullets but because of human rights you can't do that with stone pelters
