Moreover, the difference between his fastest and second fastest ball is 4.4 kph.  This is not much different from our Barinder Sran bowling a delivery at 149.3 kph in an IPL and his second fastest being arpund 144 kph.

 

As of today, Hasnain seems to be a 135 kph to 147 kph / 150 kph range bowler, which is still very good pace but not in the Shoaib Akhtar league.

Speedometers in t20 Leagues are not meant to be taken seriously. Even our Vinay Kumar used to touch 145 in IPL.

too early to say that......akthar action n physique helped him maintain that 150+ speed for years . I think his 1st challenge wud be not to loose it like recent pak bowlers have lost their way

All the average and maximum speed is for their convenience. If an Indian bowler balls fast they want average speeds. If pakistani bowler bowls fast then average speed is out the window. They are a hypocrite bunch.

He is very raw, and he is just 19 ( born April 5, 2000 )

He has played only 2 FC games, 6 list A and 5 ODIs ,  not sure how fast he can bowl a long spell. 

Too early to predict how good a bowler he will be at International level.  

Now-a-days, good international batsmen enjoy playing fast but erratic bowlers. 

Above picture showing fast deliveries in CPL was from early days, he has been bowling around 147-148 on consistent basis since and has been the fastest bowler in CPL this year. 

But

He is very young, he is tall 6-1, strongly built, has a good action  and above all, Waqar Younis will be coaching him.

He has been called back by PCB from CPL to play now very competitive 4 day FC tournament in Pakistan on very unhelpful wickets. That would be his first test before making the team to Australia later this year.

Where did you get the two balls over 147 kph thing? 

He has bowled over that speed in literally every game. 

The graphic is old. No other bowler would feature on the updated list.

Since than he has hit 150 kph in every game. 

The guy is already bowling express pace. He is miles quicker than Oshane Thomas. Infact nobody is close to him pace wise in the CPL.

If he is miles quicker than Thomas he must be bowling in 160s

He features in like the top 10 fastest deliveries of the tournament and Bishop and everyone has talked about it.
