We knw umesh struggles outside India in test cricket so high time saini n siraj shud be in setup..

Because he has done well in India A games and has good FC stats.  Bowls on and around the offstump and seams the ball both ways at pace and pretty accurate too.

 

Ignore the title of the below video but look at the deliveries he is bowling.

by that logic domestic perfomance shudnt mean anything

U need to select player with right skill set seeing their domestic perfomances as well

What kind of logic is this ,he has gained India cap for his recent exploits in domestic cricket,but the thing he has been rewarded a place in wrong format

Atleast we can try him in longer formats too as backup option ,we need to build a strong pool of bowlers to dominate

Test cricket is not Khairat which is given to everyone.Saini has to earn it.Stop with how do we know if we don't try nonsense.I don't see Saini has this earth shatttering talent. They are already in the setup that why Saini is playing today.It is upto to him to prove himself in the format he is being chosen.Otherwise tell selectors he is not interested in playing white ball cricket.

TM has selected Shardul few times  and ppl say kohli has the eye for fast bowlers when he cudnt see a guy in his franchise destroying A teams last year

Batsman picked should be good at playing both spin and pace.

 

There should be room for only 1 of Hardik, Krunal, Jadeja in the same line up.
