On the series itself, Aussies are on an upswing. They beat us in March '19 and most likely will beat us again this time round with a much stronger team. 

           Its Money  to be made in home season. All matches will  be jam packed  and Ad rates will be high as 2 top teams are playing.

I would not pick bowlers who cant take wickets,we should not be playing the like of Dube against the aussies ,thats just cannon fodder.Kulcha are not bowling well too,maybe its time to go in another direction for a leggie.

Win ? They'll clean sweep most likely. All the games are on high scoring belters. We don't have enough firepower to set big enough totals (and big enough means 370+) or chase them down. We'll do well to win a game and I'm not exaggerating.

What we want may not be what ravi shastri wants...

Bumrah chahal kuldeep shammi are rabbits with the bat..3 of these 4 are certainties in the 11..I doubt they will pick saini over shardul as saini is also a rabbit with the bat.

Team combination may push them to pick shardul ahead of dube as dube "s pace bowling is weak.

Shardul and chahar are fair in batting skills n I think chahar has got hit by some injury which could keep him down for 1 to 2 months.

Bhuvi is out for next 6 months.

Kuldeep and Jadeja will be the 2 spinners. 

 

Jadeja is batting well now and will come at 7.

 

Kuldeep can bat a bit too and can be the No.8.

 

Then we can have Saini, Shami and Bumrah.
