Pakistan bowling made him looks like a legend lol. Taking nothing away from him, he is still work in progress. Needs a couple of full Ranji seasons. He looks assured of his off stump. That's his best quality I noticed.

Not this match. Check the match against Aussies where ball was jagging around for 20 overs. They were hitting perfect line and length. He weathered the storm and made 67 only got out to a spinner. He left some of the balls with pin point precision.

Even at Junior level Openers are not allowing middle order chances. They are that good. This is why we have to pick the best batsman and make him play in the middle order.

Only problem we haven’t been successful. We tried KL rahul but he wasn’t successful . Also the selfish part of a batsman feels he make multiple records opening.

KL Rahul is a mental midget lol I don't think everyone will do what he did.

Priyam Garg is the most experienced batsman of this Team.  Can he do a Thala and produce special knock in the finals.

I did not watch that innings and but sounds very interesting indeed. If this guy can develop well, he will be our opener in test matches very soon. A solid opener for India in England/New Zealand/South Africa will mean India winning the series.

That is my first impression. Great test match potential.  Ofcourse we have to see him against top flight bowlers.  Sure he will get opportunity to face Bumrah, Shami and other good bowlers around the world.

To get noticed among in the crowd, you have to standout.  Today, both Jaiswal and Saxena were going at the same rate at one point, both were around 40 from 63 balls. Then Jaiswal turned it around and made a hundred whereas Saxena was content with a half century.  Jaiswal scored his next 63 off just 50 deliveries and just kept accelrating. Whatever anyone says, centuries definitely make a difference, in being noticed.  Also showed his allround game along with 4 sixes.

I would definitely love to sponsor a talented a cricketer like him. Someone who struggles like him. Quiet a story.

You can do a Sandra bullock. What’s the movie where she adopts a black kid who becomes a NFL player :giggle:

Looks like they have badly treated him just because they gave him this horrible shelter.

Jaiswal manhandling Dubey lol Last 3 sixes of Dios were tremendous.

What a talent at even 16 years of age he was. Kohli was nowhere this good when he got to play for India in 2008. Shame this guy will have to wait ages before he gets his chance.

On a serious note where are the good middle order batsmen. We seem to produce fine openers but where are the mentally tough middle order bats.

Dhruv Jurel the wk is that for you.
