This has nothing to do with the ICC. This is the espn cricinfo poll. Yes it’s online voting so a billion cricket crazy Indians can make a difference. However it’s not been all one sided. Rohit sharma lost out to shakib. R Ashwin lost out to steyn. And dhoni and Kohli r certainly up there when it comes to players of the decade
