They should have retained Tyagi as net bowler  and  also add  Mavi, Porel & Prasidh along with Warrier & Avesh . Lets see there could be changes post 2 tests .

Axar for Kuldeep and Ishant for Siraj can definitely happen. 

 

Pandya's inability to bowl may prevent his inclusion.

 

They won't have the gall to drop Gill for now.

Jadeja in home conditions is a threat with both bat and ball. 

But too early for tyagi imo. 

 

Prasidh and Ishan Porel as standbys would help. Maybe an extra opener so we can play Shubman in the middle order?

Kohli dropped Pujara who is Gill. I can already hear garbage coming out of his mouth 1st test at toss 'with 3 spinners we decided to go with saha , pant will get his chance in series '

 Though Porel is not a out & out pacer , he will add a little different dimesion to the attack looking at ENG tour if conditions help a little as he moves the ball , Can get the ball or 2 to rise up and has the knack of picking wickets.

good team but we will miss jadeja. I think he and ashwin are more dangerous as a pair. Also I may be wrong, but sundar's bowling style may not be effective enough for indian pitches. Need a bowler with more variations. would play him at 6/7 though with another spinner, total 3 spinners, siraj and bumrah. top 6 (including pant) i auto select, though I really wish pant improves his keeping. this would be a solid test for him. And I want some doctored pitches, purely for entertainment.
