Anyone with sane mind can deduce how the incident could have happened

Protesters protesting in the small road and when the supporters arrived, pathar bhaji and danda beating started which probably taken the driver by surprise and he panicked, and lost the balance in that small road and could've fallen into ditch resulting in two lives being lost, and rest all these  gunda farmers mob lynching in public and these shameless supporters like @Under_Score and @speedheat are gleefully celebrating..

We can say it is a failure of government, they could've arrested these stone pelting lathi holding protesters beforehand , and avoided this ...At least now these moblycnhers should be put behind bar for their life...alas they are farmers who cant be touched, and optics is important for elections..

Khalistani? Incident happened in Lakhimpur not in Tarn Taran. Sikhs are barely 2% their. And the question is what are khalistani doing in Lakhimpur ? UP police under yogi even kill bjp workers can't they arrest them earlier.

BTW yogi government has announced 45 lakhs compensation along with 1 government job to family of deceased . Now don't tell me they giving it to khalistani's

Let the full thing come out you biased SoB... there is also a possibility that khalistanis pelted stones on cars and they had to be run over to save lives of those inside the car....

But what is clear from the video is khalistanis  lynched people.

Shahjahanpur: Following a month-long joint operation by Punjab Police and UP ATS in which several alleged Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) operatives and sympathisers were arrested, intelligence agencies have once again sounded an alert over the outfit’s extensive network operating out of bases in western UP.

It is said that most BKI sympathisers went into hibernation following a crackdown on the outfit in the 1990s. However, of late, several sympathisers, including the ones involved in Nabha jailbreak in Punjab, were traced to the Terai region of UP which includes districts like Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Lakhimpur Kheri and other areas close to the Nepal border. The region has several hamlets and tehsils dominated by the Sikh community.

Optics, elections are near. Ideally shouldn't have announced anything till investigation is complete.

If 45 lakhs proof innocence of one side, then why is investigation being announced along with the compensation?

It's not proof of innocence but partial acceptance that state was at fault. You don't find government giving compensation  every time a person die

Politicians will approve compensation to anyone if elections are near.

That arugment doesn't seem to be valid if allegations are against minister's son.

@coffee_rules No farmer will Lynch innocent people unless they are deliberately ran down by the son of a c-grade politician, as shown in this video.

Cropped video is no evidence. We have seen what "farmers" could do in the Red Fort and Delhi by running tractors over people and also bringing down cell towers. There is an official investigation by an independent judge, so wait for it.

Ok, don't wait for an official investigation. Believe that the govt deliberately killed farmers and join people like these who are using the tragedy to their propaganda
