Heard it is detected in few parts of India as well. There is doctor in Telangana who saying you need oxygen plant in every mandal and he says the vaccines will not work against this variant. A negative report is mandatory to board the flight. How can someone be negative before bording and postive after reaching if everyone is tested?

No idea or they must be carrying some forged negative certificate, it will be better if we add countries like Brazil in red list travel ban to stop these travellers. Precautionary action is needed.

Precautionary action is needed. There is a chance of false negative in case of Rapid/Antigen Covid tests. These tests take 15 mins to couple of hours to get results. PCR Covid tests take a day or couple of days to get results and are more foolproof. False negatives are possible even there with new strains of the virus infections. Fully agree on this, airlines should insist on pcr tests and not rapid antigen tests.
