On top of their story, they claimed (through Alt News India) that this is a Muslim man, who was beaten and compelled to chant Jai Sri Ram. And the attackers told him that they have already killed many Muslims. And whenever the old man uttered the words Allah, they started torturing him more and more. At the end, BBC provided the Muslim names of the people who attacked that old man, and also wrote it was due to the Taweez ...... BUT still BBC didn't make it clear that Hindus had nothing to do with it. All put together, whoever reads this news from BBC Urdu, he will 90% get this perception that it were Hindus who tortured that old Muslim guy. I am sorry, but BBC Urdu is not truthful here, or it is itself under the wrong impression that it were Hindus who attacked that old guy. It has ignited hatred against Hindus by doing so. Extremist Muslims are making lot of videos and sharing them and doing a lot of propaganda against Hindus and India through it. The story they were pushing was how a Hindu mob offered to give a lift to a skullcap wearing, bearded Muslim senior citizen, then beat him up and tried to kill him, forced him to chant JSR etc. Gajab toolkit hai bhai. What can we do? If BJP govt isn't interested to take any form of action why bother? In the future similar story will result in communal riots and then they can play 'Hindu khatre mein hai' card.
