Nah.. T20 is a volatile format. On its day a good team can beat anyone. Indian Top 3 is very conservative & provides slow starts. Rohit Shikhar have a long history of failing in WT20's. WI & England are true best T20 teams on potential. And WI have two world cups to its name as well. Indian team of 2007 WT20 was the best coz we had a team full of youngsters & fearless players.
