Padikkal moves his feet like a handicapped man on wheel chair. Most overhyped batter in the country. And some want him in tests:two_thumbs_up:

Samson n dhawan are utter ****. Dhawan still a god odi player though.

Rituraj shud stick to longer formats.

Rest of the garbage not even worth mentioning.

Bring on our real team vs England

Nobody wants Padikkal in tests, but he’s a terrific LOI prospect. Don’t judge him based on this one performance

Sanju Samson is in a bad company there, Shikar Dhawan is in the fag end of his career, Samson being an Under acheiver he is, has no business to sit there and smile shamlessly with Dhawan.

dude i don’t know why you are making this confrontational, did I ever say Shaw is not talented? I only think he is not fit to be playing at the highest level yet. Key word being  yet.

I remember people criticizing me about Rohit and Ishant way back before they turned it around

Same thing happened with Rayudu even though he didn’t become a world beater, a lot of haters ended up criticizing  his non-selection in Wc :)

I was abused for calling Jadhav a one dimensional player and Dube undeserving of an india cap

With Hardik and Shaw I never once said they didn’t have talent or were not good enough . In fact many times I have said I love watching Hardik bat. It’s  just the fact that in Hardik’s case his returns have not equalled the backing and on Shaws case I don’t think you have said anything different than what I have. The fact that you a lot of others agreed with me that a middle aged Sehwag was a better fielder and runner than Shaw, shouldn’t that be a red flag right there ?

Sky I was wrong because I thought he was another journeyman like Jadhav. However he seems to have hit a peak and at the ripe age when a batsman reaches his maximum potential. I still feel he will have a steep fall in 2-3 years once teams work him out but by then he will surely win is a lot of big games (hopefully but confident) till 2023 WC

I don’t think I have ever criticized Chahar,Paddikal or Kishen in fact during u-19 I used to feel Kishen had better temperament than Pant but now Pant is way ahead there so you never know.

Not everything is binary as you know but sure we have some fun with it by going extreme way so all in good fun :icflove:

on the contrary,I am trying to find middle ground since I like you :icflove:

Agreed Shaw has fitness issues but will stick to it that no one currently offers what he does either(making use of PP).I hope you see that too

Must be planning a joint coconut business with gabbar...

Much needed reality check. Results don't matter, but this series has been helpful in eliminating some names from Indian squads for an extended period of time, I backed Samson a lot but clearly not good enough, clearly I was wrong about him. Good that we were able to identify these weak links in this inconsequential series, instead of making a surprise gambit in an ICC world event or even Asia Cup.

SKY, Ishan should be in the national T20 squad. Dhawan out.

Hope to see R Chahar and Varun shine, even Kuldeep....in the long run we need Kuly to regain form and build mental toughness.

Are you sure these players tested negative, looking at their energy :nervous:

Lack of energy, hunger and desire when playing for your country is unacceptable. And the deer in the headlights is not a great look either.
