Former India captain MS Dhoni will also be with the Indian team as a mentor for the tournament, BCCI secretary Jay Shah said while announcing the squad on Wednesday (September 8). Shikhar Dhawan, who recently captained the limited-overs side in Sri Lanka, has also been left out. Pandya is rightfully not rated in tests, a tad overrated in odi even though he is a must there as well and in T20 the 2nd name in my squad even above Ro and KO behind Bumrah. Lord 1

Kohli is selfish and will anchor every innings. Pant, Hardik and Jaddu is a powerful big hitters in that middle order at the death. Bhuvi is a brilliant white ball bowler for going for few runs. Bumrah in the death overs. Thats 8 overs completed. Ive gone for Siraj for his heart and fighting for team India, not to mention of course he is a good bowler. I was close to the possible line up. No Shardul and No Siraj.
