playing against shitty Div 2 bowlers to pile up runs doesnt matter- still didnt score big runs in the Test match in the same conditions when it mattered. This double ton is the same level as jadeja scoring 3 triple tons in Ranji

What happened to these scores in test cricket. This moron could not buy a run in the test but he is scoring runs like crazy against theird class bowlers.

He was Ind's top scorer (66 runs) in the 2nd innings of the last test! ... Runs in a Ranji game are usually in conditions that a player grew up in. In Eng, trundlers get the ball to swing, which has usually been a challenge for Ind batsmen. Any experience in county is good in this respect.

I think he'd have been a very solid OD player in previous eras. And we've seen in Tests he can really accelerate when he has his eye in. His only issue for T20 and modern ODI is that he's not someone who can strike at 120+ from ball one.

best he shud say no and keep playing county , he is only going to play test for India so best is to keep playing longer format. 

Rahane shud also atleast go and have 1 season if not more of county

tempting but players have to think for their own good for long terms

Its not that these guys will be get huge money, mostly they ll be sold off on base prices . Then they ll be on bench that to for a format in which they have no chance 

County also pays well so go play and rather help ur career get longer. Longer u play better u earn , nyways at max they ll get selected for one season just to be on bench and then next season teams wont show interest

He was pretty ok playing for kkr and rcb in first few seasons. Actually he could have been the no 4 for us in 2019 wc. Lol we would have won as in sf and final the targets were 240 odd!
