This is the best Indian bowling attack in the history, so these kinds of numbers are not surprising. 

 

Shami, Bumrah, and now Siraj, makes for a formidable lineup, add Prasidh to to mix and this attack looks deadly and will create havoc in Sena Countries'.

You need either an express bowler or a leg spinner to roll over the tail nowadays else they will run away with it. We aren't doing badly without a single wrist spinner.

it's a hard art to master but i wouldn't necessarily say they have gone the way of the dodo. Yasir Shah is no atg and he has still made a career out of it this era.

He's a wrist spinner withouta  googly.  He would have been Saqlain Mushtaq-ed already if he had the misfortune to play against India like Saqi did.

You think this guy is on here for a reasonable debate. I would love to have Pakistanis on this forum who put  their perspective in an articulate manner and have a counter narrative in a decent way. Look, as much as I hope for discussion and interaction with 'normal' fans, you tend to know most forum 'handles' posting patterns after some time.

That fellow is nt entirely wrong but Saqlains exploits against India were before the century and taking advantage of chucking rules. Yasir has had a pretty respectable career despite not having a googly I would say. A series with him, Younis Khan and Misbah against our team sometime in the middle of the previous decade would have been very interesting.

need a bounce based bowler if you dont have express pace. bumrah can do both. shami can do both. siraj can bowl a nasty bouncer himself. no respite if all in form.

Credit should also go to Jadeja/Pant/Thakur & the tail post 2020 as they've batted decently away from home in tough conditions! That 18.66 bat avg would be much lower if not for the first three I named. The avg difference is also the best despite resurgence of Oz in recent times! Our biggest issue has been the top order though for at least 5 years now
