it has improved not completely but still Thoda open stance ho jata hai uska

That is not easy length to master, you cannot hold that against him.Pandya has improved a lot in his batting in t20s atleast.There is some element of consistency in his batting approach.He may not score runs in every innings but he seems to have plan on what he has to do every time he walks into bat.I don't think I saw that before this year.

Most hitters in world cricket has that issue apart from butler (who now opens) and Livingstone who is the best player of high pace . Yes he has to improve , may be talk to kohli since he is the best player of Hard length in that team but kohli-rohit-Kl ability is different 

 

Reason for getting DK was to cover hardik weakness which if you see happened in whatever few partnership they had. Hardik also covered DK spin problem so they complimented each other

Apart from hard length, I also think his offside game is weak. 

He is unable to hut full balls when they are not in the slot.

coz he is a power player and not range, guys like russel, pollard, pandya use to power to target leg side. He plays good cut shots and drives but mostly when he is looking to bat normally, the minute he goes into full hitting mode its mostly Leg side zone 

DK is range player so he doesnt have that issue, Same butler, ABDV, Pant, KL rahul........they all are power + range .

I am not expert but I think..his stance is more geared towards hitting yorkish lengths for sixes on leg side..which affects his shot making on short length off side deliveries..

its a trade off I guess..plus bowlers also mix that with slow balls as well..at same length..so more guess work for batsmen..making difficult at that stance
