If I remember , he played only one T20 international

But even in IPL he didn't do great things. He assembled a Test Match XI at RCB with likes of Wasim Jaffer and Kallis part of that geriatric lineup. Dravid wasn't even a good fit for ODIs and only became a regular after he started keeping wickets as he was a much better option than the other wkt keeper batsmen, and when Dhoni burst on to the scene his short ball career was effectively over.

I guess the thin ice must hv melted long ago.  Post his epic match winning knock in the WC2023 Final, KLPD has played 3 consecutive match losing innings in ODIs (2 against SL and 1 today).  :hysterical:

Kohli and ROhit were picked on the back of their world cup performance which happened 2 years back. Kela didn't even do well in world cup. He played the worst world cup final innings in history.  He is back again after his performance in Australia.

Rohit has fallen off the cliff since then. And Kohli is useless as always. When you combine with KL and Jadeja, along with our long tail thanks to "specialist" batter we carry, everything is dependent on 2-3 players - Jaiswal, Gill and Pandya. Iyer won't play coz "King" Kohli will replace him. Essentially our ODI team is even worse than the Test team.

Kela is  by far the biggest lod*u to hv played for Team Ind.   It's a National Shame that such players keep getting picked only to devalue the Indian cap further.

Pant must be wondering what exactly has he done wrong to be dropped for such chewtiya players.

If axar is going to bat at 5 and rahul at 6 then might as well play pant at 6

Pant should ideally bat at 4. Pant isn't great when he has to go for his shots from the start. He needs time to get in and then goes after the bowling.
