Avesh bad days have been far worse then chahar bad days and on goods days i dont need to tell that chahar is a match winner Under lights kookabura always swing for a while Also he offers batting The guy who has been most ineffective without swing is not bhuvi or chahar it has been prasidh krishna Edited September 4, 2022 by Ankit_sharma03

Its not safety our speed guys currently arent that effective. Reality is guys like arshdeep, bhuvi, deepak , harshal has delivered. At the end performance matters , speed is exciting but result matters Harshal Boobie Chahar are veterans and product of system & Culture that wants line length medium pacers. Pakistan is totally contrary they discard these type of bowlers at an early stage but we reward them. Unless & until we change that young pacers will never get chances... And constant opportunity. Someone like Tyagi should have played at least 15-20 ODIs by last U19 WC. Makes no sense they carry him in Aus Test tour but don't even pick him over likes of Sakariya in SL. System is rotten & ineffective.

They also play with tape balls which makes them control swing more and generate more power while bowling we shud start that also first. Question is who is effective or who is not ?? Also we need to understand pakistan and India are different, pakistan can afford to throw these guys coz they have so many spots avl but we dont In a top team making place is always tough which was the case with 2000 Aussies.........................making to that side was the toughest and they use to take 30+ guys . We threw in irfan, balaji, zak, nehra , rp, sreesanth in 2000s coz places were locked so many spots were. Had these guys played today they wud have found it hard Its hard to make it into a Top side Also its a big myth that we discourage pacers now , they arent making as they arent developed enough and as i said its tough to make it to a top side then a poor side like pakistan. Btw in pakistan also dahani didnt make it easily to the side. The ones who are developed are making it to squad Aussie are taking Kane richardson not Meredith coz Meredith has his own negative value and limitations 9 hours ago, Lone Wolf said: Unless & until we change that young pacers will never get chances... Khota Posted September 4, 2022 Posted September 4, 2022 I don't like rematches and hate this format. Rematches seldom turn out good for the winner.

He is lanky and should put on some more muscle to get stronger and bowl a heavy length ball. His role is to hit the deck. We already have a 132-135 kph accurate swing and seam bowler in Bhuvaneshwar. Chahar is more of the same. I'm not saying Avesh is the answer but atleast he offers something different - poor as he is.
Norman Posted September 4, 2022 Posted September 4, 2022 Zero hype or build up for this game. Goes to show why a bilateral series between the two sides won't be that big of a deal as people think. If not for the bilateral ban, this so called rivalry would have been dead by now.

Atleast umran-mohsin can show one big season I was strongly supporting to play Umran in Zim ODIs & even called his exclusion more & more puzzling. Avesh has done nothing worth mentioning. We discarded Khaleel who played Asia Cup & had way way tougher assignments as a 20 ye old including NZ tour... Avesh has had chances to minnow bash yet he isn't good enough. Tyagi was fit & Fine when squad was picked for SL tour in 2021.. Sakariya will never play for Ind again... So what was the point of wasting those games over there. Harshal has been mediocre for all eternity... Yes his couple of seasons in last IPl has been good but he is 30+.. And a T20 veteran almost. Lot of Tape ball cricket played in India too.. In fact more than Pak.. Umran is also a Tape ball product like Haris Rauf. Naseem Shaheen have come from proper system... Right from age group U19 systems. As far as results go... There's two ways to look at it. If there's vision involved then why not. If we won't try out players be Ire WI Zim.. What's the point of these games... Bumrah is always injured or rested.. Shami doesn't plays LOIs much bar ICc events. I personally feel ODIs should be testing ground for these young pacers. More they bowl more experience they get... Hazlewood Starc all became world class T20 bowlers after proving their ODI numbers. Remember these guys don't travel & play in various leagues so naturally skill wise they will be less inferior to other Pak pacers. Same case with SL... It took a while for Chameera & Kumara to develop... And Kumara while a exciting Test match bowler... Still hasn't yet found his footing in LOIs.. Partially due to injuries & lot less exposure.
