Should Pakistan play more games against Associates?

Maybe if they regularly play HK, Namibia, Netherland and Kenya etc, they will start winning a few Asia Cup titles.   Currently they hv the lowest number of Asia Cup titles.    Much lower than India and SL.  Forget WC, that is not something they can even remotely think of right now being minnows.  But atleast could win a few Asia Cups?   Let's discuss.   @badmash

I think they should indeed play more matches with associates. Namaz (i.e., Rizwan) needs to make more selfish 50s so that he gets hailed as the numero uno. and Zimbabar (who loves Zim) needs to play dem associates to maintain ODI avg > 60.

they are perpetual biatches apart from some anomalies. if one looks beyond cricket, the gap between Ind and Pak in sports becomes so deep and wide that not even the mariana trench (pacific ocean) can compete with it.

True but it is kinda sad..that we are comparing bad apples with rotten apples...we both suck in most sports....and it is not a matter of pride to compare with South east asian countries or making fun of a Pakistan defeat when we performed worse than them in recent champions trophy and t20 world cup..it's similar to the mushfiq tweet after India lost to wear Indies

agree. in cricket, both are quite mediocre and likewise in other sports too

I would rather watch their phaasst attack than our trundling g attack that we picked anyday.

 

We have really good fast bowlers but we never pick them for t20. Why.

This I agree.

Pak has an fast bowling lineup in t20, they might not be fit enough to replicate in Tests but they are good enough for Loi and Indian T20 medium pacers put me to sleep.

This thread was specifically created to track Pakistan's performance against Minnows and Associates. As someone who has been following up poyz cricket for long, I hv always felt they should continue to play more games against these sides.   The result is already evident.  Minnow Poyz gave a though challenge to Ind and Zim in this tournament.  It's a sort of moral victory for them.  Next WC, they are gonna pose tough challenge to all opponents.

Doesn't change the fact that you choke in crucial games in big tournaments. Chokers is a well deserved tag for you since India usually performs well in group stage and then chokes out when it really matters. Itna mat uchlo.. We remember the matam in this forum last year and in recent Asia Cup for its team lol.
