zen Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 (edited) Both are expected to lead the bowling attacks for their respective teams in T20WC22. Who would you pick to lead your attack (free feel to consider other benefits as well such as batting and/or fielding) considering various performance in T20s including IPL? PS Poll added! zen Posted October 8, 2022 Author Posted October 8, 2022 An advantage w/ Bhuvi is that the WK can stand up in the first over, making the batsman glued to his feet (and left confused). While for Rabada, the WK has to stand way back where the batsman can step out to smash him.
Swag Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Is there something I am missing? is this some kind of trick question? I'd give you ek peh ek free offer, take Bhuvi & Harshal in exchange for Rabada leading our attack. Rabada, Shami & Siraj instead of Bhuvi, Harshal and Shami is infinitely better. express bowling, raki05, zen and 3 others 6

zen Posted October 8, 2022 Author Posted October 8, 2022 Let's make a case for Bhuvi Keeper can stand up in the first over (so the WK is already primed for spinners too) Can swing the ball in PP Knuckle specialist Yorker master Decent bat (in fact a thinking/calculating batsman who does not throw his bat around)

Don't supply him with more. Otherwise we may see Bhuvi play WC 2042 too, as Chetan passes his list to his successors and so on. P.S ... He is such a yorker master these days that he does not want to try a single one in the 19th over. Edited October 8, 2022 by express bowling Adorable Fan, AKane, raki05 and 5 others 6 2

zen Posted October 8, 2022 Author Posted October 8, 2022 Points against Rabada Bowls fast, which means easier for batsmen to score. Even top edges can go for a 6 His run up could impact the team's overrate where it may be forced to keep more players in the circle at the death Swings his bat ... a brainless moron who does not understand cricket is cricket whether Tests, ODIs, or T20s Clueless in PP
zen Posted October 8, 2022 Author Posted October 8, 2022 (edited) Talking about stats (without accounting for conditions, opposition, etc.), Rabada goes at a 9 RPO at death (taking it at face value based on what was posted somewhere) Btw, what does the supposedly questionable 9 RPO equate to? -> 1 boundary & 5 singles, which teams will happily give at the death in lieu of boundaries Edited October 8, 2022 by zen
Adamant Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 If this is just about t20s then I will take Bhuvi. Rabada isn't a good t20i bowler. Ankit_sharma03 and sandeep 2
Adamant Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 It looks like posters here haven't really seen Rabada in t20is, the guys gets hit even more than Shami. I remember Pant giving the last over in ipl to some noob instead of Rabada. Ankit_sharma03 and sandeep 2

Some people have a sense of entitlement if a random person on the interest shares the same feeling as them. Maybe that's what gives Zen a good night's sleep.
